Phoenix College Falls at Glendale Community College

Phoenix College Falls at Glendale Community College

Phoenix College dropped an 8–0 decision on the road to Glendale Community College, struggling to find offensive rhythm throughout the game. The Bears were limited to two hits while Glendale capitalized on late opportunities to pull away.

The game remained competitive early behind a solid start from Shea Braaten, who went four innings and allowed just one earned run while striking out four. Glendale broke the game open in the sixth inning, scoring five runs to create separation.

Offensively, Ty Acton and Nikolaus Hill recorded the Bears' only hits. Acton and Gunnar Gift also added stolen bases, but Phoenix College was unable to convert base runners into runs.

Phoenix College will look to bounce back quickly as they return home for their next matchup.
