Phoenix, AZ – The Phoenix College Bears Women's Soccer team has been ranked No. 11 in the 2025 NJCAA Division II Preseason Poll, setting high expectations for another competitive season.

2024 Season Recap

Last year, the Bears captured their third consecutive Region I, Division II Championship, delivering a thrilling 2-1 overtime victory over Pima Community College in the title match. Ariany Mapula tied the contest in the 72nd minute, and Yadira Escobedo secured the win in extra time. Goalie Irma Palominos made critical saves in regulation and postseason play, helping earn the team an automatic bid to the NJCAA National Tournament.

At Nationals, Phoenix College competed in pool play but fell short of advancing further.
