Phoenix College standout Olivia Deford has been named the NJCAA Division II Softball Player of the Week, in addition to earning Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC) Player of the Week honors.

Deford delivered a dominant performance at the plate, batting an incredible .762 (16-for-21) across six games. She tallied three doubles, two home runs, seven RBI, and 10 runs scored, recording multiple hits in five contests to power the Bears' offense.

She was just as dangerous on the basepaths, swiping 12 stolen bases during the week and consistently creating scoring opportunities.

Deford's explosive week continues to set the tone for Phoenix College as the Bears push forward in conference play.
