On February 21st, PC E-Sports hosted a SSBU tournament in Cafe Oso, and we are pleased to announce that the winner was Shaphan Dieu, also known as PR1NC3_AG0NY.
Our upcoming tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th.
Currently, Esports has four student athletes representing PC on the SSBU College Competitive team: Carlos Cordero, Evan Marquez, Lauren Wilcox, and Alan Wilson. In our recent matches last Tuesday, we had a commendable performance, achieving a 3-1 record. Carlos, Evan, and Alan secured wins, while Lauren unfortunately faced a loss.
Furthermore, we have three student athletes competing on the Mario Kart College team: Anthony Mora, Angel Fernandez, and Lauren Wilcox. Our debut matches took place on Thursday Feb 22, resulting in an impressive 3-0 victory.
Looking ahead, our next SSBU matches are scheduled for Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and our next Mario Kart matches will be on Thursday during the same time frame, and we intend to stream these matches on Twitch, www.twitch.tv/pcesportsaz.
